Course Objectives The objective of this course is to inform students on civil law and family law.
Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • Explain the basic principles of family law.
  • Describe the skills of analyzing family law and the legal arrangements regarding to the protection of family in relation to this.
  • Discuss the legal results of engagement, marriage and divorce.
  • Describe the concept of adoption.
  • Explain financial issues related with divorce
Course Description Family Law constitutes the main content of this course. Especially, subjects such as the concept of family and principles of family law, getting engaged, getting married, general terms of marriage, marriage disunion, kindred, adoption, custody will be included.
